Problem

Tofu's campaign product was built around its technical architecture, not how marketers think.

Outcome

I redesigned it into a visual workflow builder that mapped to how marketers think.

I chose to build the new campaign as a canvas with content represented as steps in a workflow.

I designed each complex step to be up front about the requirements and guide marketers to what was next.

The campaign as a canvas made it easier to see and understand our powerful automation tools.

The new campaign would also allow us to build with even more, like triggers in the future.
